New Toy

I’ve been looking for a perfect RSS tool, until yesterday I hadn’t found one. I was checking out weblogs.asp.net and the first entry talked about “NewsGator” at first I thought I was some joked tied to the horrible spam/spy/ad ware instant message program that must be installed with some free programs.

As turns out NewsGator is a RSS reader that once installed fits very nicely within Outlook 2000 and greater. After trying the program for a day I think its great! Reading my e-mail then browsing through my subscribed thjreads makes life so much easier. If Outlook is your primary e-mail client NewsGator is a must try. The only drawback is it only has a 14 day trial and then you must pay 30 bucks.

Mars Spirit Rover Picture analysis

I stumblrd aross this article on the Mars photography. It explains why the photographs from the different cameras are different. Even though I wasn’t aware of the difference, it was a good read filled with some good color theory.
