My Cell Phone is Dead

January 10, 2005 · 1 minute read

My phone is dead. I left my charger at work. I feel disconnected. My life is connected through my cell phone. Even though I don’t get many calls it’s still the possibly of receiving or making a call that gives a sense of freedom.

It’s funny. A freedom I took for granted is gone. All because of a dead battery. Imagine the freedom I would lose if I didn’t have any gas in my car.
