DocType Declaration
Doctypes are an essential part of every web page. They inform the browser to the formatting of the HTML document.

Title Tags
Titles tags are the single most important element on the page. It’s one of the first things seen when a page is loaded. Search engines attach a large amount of weight to title tags. It’s also what is displayed in the favorites when bookmarked.
