Google Toolbar makes Text Boxes Yellow

I have no idea what’s going on. My current project I had a couple of textboxes rendering with yellow backgrounds.

After disabling Google Toolbar the problem went away.

With a little more research, it turns out the yellow background textboxes are the fields Google Toolbar thinks it can auto fill.
