A Month in Sacto

It’s been a month since I started my new job. I’ve lived in my apartment for 3 weeks and I’ve had cable for a week. Time flies.

So far the hardest thing is building a social circle. Last night I was talking to my uncle. About 20 years ago he was in the same situation. He’d moved from Concord and did not know anyone. His suggestion – get a job at a social place (i.e. Restaurant, bar…), someplace where you innately meet people. Not a bad idea.
